Add apps and data to your vault

You can add apps and data through the web dashboard or the Okta Personal mobile apps.

Add items from the web dashboard

1. On a desktop browser, go to your Okta Personal dashboard, and click Add.
2. Select App, Note, Credit card, or Address.
   1. App
      1. Enter the app name in the search box.
         1. If it’s in the suggested app list, select it from the list.
         2. If it’s not in the suggested app list, select Add "app name" or select Add custom app.
      2. Enter your app credentials (i.e. Login URL, Username, and Password).
   2. Note
      1. Enter a title.
      2. Enter your note content.
   3. Credit card
      1. Enter a title.
      2. Enter your credit card information (i.e. Name, Card number, Expiration date, and CVV).
   4. Address
      1. Enter a title.
      2. Enter the address information (i.e. Street Address, City, State or province, Zip or postal code, and Country)
3. Click Save.

Add items from the iOS app

1. Open the Okta Personal iOS mobile app, and click the plus sign to add an item.
2. Select App, Note, Credit card, or Address.
   1. App
      1. Enter the app name in the search box.
         1. If it’s in the suggested app list, select it from the list.
         2. If it’s not in the suggested app list, select "App name" or select Add custom app.
      2. Enter your app credentials (i.e. Login URL, Username, and Password).

3. Click Save.

1. Open the Okta Personal Android mobile app, and click Add.
2. Select App, Note, Credit card, or Address.

      1. Enter the app name in the search box.
         1. If it’s in the suggested app list, select it from the list.
         2. If it’s not in the suggested app list, select "App name".
      2. Enter your app credentials (i.e. Login URL, Username, and Password).

3. Click Save.

Add items from the plugin

1. On a desktop browser, click the extensions icon in your task bar.
2. Select Okta Browser Plugin from the list of extensions.
3. Click the plus sign to add an item.
4. Continue with adding an item from the web dashboard
