Edit your personal information

1. In a browser, go to your Okta Personal dashboard, click the menu drop down on the top right, and click Settings.
2. Click Edit in the Personal Information section to edit the following information
   1. First name
   2. Last name
   3. Primary email address
3. Click Save.

Manage your preferences

Performance and analytics

Improve Okta Personal by allowing Okta Personal to collect anonymous analytics, diagnostic, and usage information.

1. In a browser, go to your Okta Personal dashboard, click the menu drop down on the top right, and click Settings.
2. Click Edit in the My Preferences section.
3. Select the Performance and Analytics checkbox to allow or unselect the checkbox to deny.
4. Click Save.

Marketing

Allow Okta Personal to send you product updates and opportunities for user research.

1. In a browser, go to your Okta Personal dashboard, click the menu drop down on the top right, and click Settings.
2. Click Edit in the My Preferences section.
3. Select the Marketing checkbox to allow or unselect the checkbox to deny.
4. Click Save.

Download your data

1. In a browser, go to your Okta Personal dashboard, click the menu drop down on the top right, and click Settings.
2. Navigate to the My Data section.
3. To download your personal data, click Download next to the Personal Data section.
4. To download your application data, click Download next to the Application Data section.

Delete your account

Email [email protected] to delete your account.
