Delete your Okta Personal account

You can delete your account if you don't want to store items and data in your Okta Personal vault. Please keep in mind, once your vault is deleted you can't restore it.

Please email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your Okta Personal account.

Note: For your privacy and security, we can't delete an account if the request comes from an email that is not connected to your account.

What to expect

Once our team completes your request, your account will be deleted within 24 hours. In the future, you can create a new account and use the same email address, if you'd like.
