Create a collection in Okta Personal

Collections help you keep your growing list of logins, secure notes, and addresses organized. Think of them as folders that help you group related items together, making it faster and simpler to find what you need, when you need it.

Create a collection from web

  1. From your desktop, open your Okta Personal vault. 
  2. Click the plus icon beside Collections, then Create a collection.
  3. Give the collection a name, then tap Save.

Create a collection from mobile

  1. From your mobile device, open your Okta Personal vault. 
  2. Tap Collections, then Create a collection.
  3. Give the collection a name, then tap Save.

Note: Add new items to your collection directly or edit the details of existing items in your vault and add them to a collection.
