Install Okta Personal for iOS
After you create an Okta Personal account, install the Okta Personal iOS mobile app. The Okta Personal mobile app lets you save and access apps wherever you are.
The Okta Personal mobile app can also unlock your dashboard via push notifications.
Before you begin
Install the Okta Personal iOS app
The Okta Personal mobile app is available on iOS devices running version 15.0 or later. FaceID setup and enabled notifications are required.
- Download the app here from the Apple App Store.
- Sign in to your account by entering your personal email address and the one time passcode.
- If FaceID is not set up on your device, follow the instructions to set it up.
- Enable notifications for the Okta Personal app.
- Save your Recovery Key in a secure, accessible place.
- For example, you can take a screenshot or picture and save it in a secure cloud storage provider (e.g. Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, etc.)
Interactions through the Apple Watch are currently not supported.
